The problem is that when you copy and paste text from Medium article to a draw io digram, for some reason, the quotes are presented in some weird way. You might have noticed something like that

mp4;quot" <- not like in the article (;quot should not be there)

So, what you need to do is, after pasting the code to insert a video into a draw io element, remove every extra symbol that was inserted and retype all quotes using the English keyboard layout.
