I think one option could be the following:

1. export your draw io diagram as an html file

(File -> Export As -> HTML)

2. insert the file as an attachment to your post on social media

3. when a reader clicks on the attachment, it will be opened in a new tab as a separate web page with all the interactive features of the diagram

I don't know whether it's possible to embed a diagram so that it would be displayed right in the post (I think it depends on social media you use - it can have some macros for running html code).

If you share with me which social media you use, I will investigate further 🙂
